I just found out and am so sad to hear of Uncle Dick's passing. I have the fondest childhood memories of a kind man who was always so good to all the kids on Dartmouth Ave. A fine man who was always there for my grandparents across the street. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. I hope all the wonderful memories you have comfort you during this sad time.

I am saddened to hear of Dick's death. We grew up together-across the street at 42 Dartmouth Ave. I have fond memories of climbing the apple trees on the side road, making an igloo at the end of the Stevens' driveway of snow and pouring water on it so that that night it might freeze to ice, playing monkey at the bat, kick the can etc. We were a great neighborhood of friends. I can remember Dick's drawings as I too was very interested in art. I wish we could have met as adults. I am sure that everyone who knew him will sorely miss him. Diana

Sorry to hear about Dick. We were good friends from Riverside living on Dartmouth Ave. Played ball behind my house all summer long. I will miss him. Sincerely, Dick

I had the pleasure of working with Dick while I was with the Advertising Department of Federal Products Corp. in Providence. He was a gentleman and a professional in the graphics business. He will be missed by all who knew or worked with him.
