Obituary
Zelia D. (DeLeone) Knowles passed away on November 1, 2022. She was the wife of the late Kenneth H. Knowles Sr. Born in Providence, RI, she was the daughter of the late Dr.and Mrs. Ralph DiLeone. She was the sister of late Gilbert DiLeone PhD of Warwick, RI and the late Roland DiLeone PhD of Rowayton, CT.
Zelia graduated from Simmons College, the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and Middlebury College Program of Italian.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lustgarten Foundation for pancreatic cancer research, (https://lustgarten.org)415 Crossway Park Drive, Woodbury, NY. 11797 in Zelia's memory.
Burial will be private.
