Philip Brady Obituary
Brady, Philip A., 74, of Evergreen Drive East Providence, formerly of Quincy, MA, died Friday June 19, 2015. He was born in Providence a son of the late Edward and Dorothy (Smith) Brady. A U.S. Army Military police officer, he became a Providence Police Officer then worked as a U.S. Customs Special Agent in Boston until he retired. He had been a member of the Elks Club. He leaves three sons, Michael Brady of Barrington, Christopher Brady of Castro Valley, CA, Stephen Brady of Oakland, CA, a brother Jack Brady of South Portland, ME, a sister, Sheila Parenteau of Cranston and 4 grandchildren. He enjoyed traveling, small boat sailing, and playing baseball with his grandchildren. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Luke’s Church 108 Washington Road Barrington at 10 AM. Calling hours are Thursday 4 to 7 PM in the Smith-Mason Funeral Home 398 Willett Avenue Riverside.
