Neil V. Allen 58, of Riverside, passed away Wednesday, May 30, 2018. He was the husband of Kathleen A. (Hagy) Allen. He was a son of the late Lester L. and Doris E. (Chase) Allen. He leaves behind, three brothers Dean, Robert, and Bruce Allen. Neil also leaves behind a sister, Bethany Johnson and was a brother of the late Lester and David Allen.
