Naomi (Francis) Quadros, 49, passed away peacefully on June 29, 2026, at Hope Hospice in Providence, RI. Born on August 14, 1976, in Providence, RI, she lived a life filled with laughter, smiles that lit up the room, and loved those in her life with her whole heart. 

Naomi was the eldest child of Raymond Francis Jr. and Donna (Costa) Francis of Riverside, where Naomi grew up a lifelong Townie with her brothers, Joshua Francis Sr. and Jeremiah Francis. After high school, she attended Katharine Gibbs School to receive administrative assistant training and later worked at American Mathematical Society before departing. During this time and years following, she was also a part of an APA pool league with her mother and father, where she met her loving husband Michael Quadros at a league match. Naomi and Micheal created a home in East Providence, where together they raised 3 children, daughter Keira Quadros and twin boys, Zachary Quadros and Tyler Quadros. 

Naomi was a proud softball and baseball mom spending countless hours at ballfields for her three children. It was here that she created a second family, loving the other parents and their children's teammates as if they were her own family. She was always at games, supporting and cheering on her children as well as their teammates, making sure they learned the many life lessons that come from the sport, always saying “You got them, they got you”. 

When Naomi wasn’t at a ballfield, she was most likely planning her next family Disney trip. Naomi was an avid Disney lover and shared this love with her parents, husband, children, siblings, as well as her siblings' families, wife of Josh, Ashley (Gill) Francis, and their children Daisy Francis and Joshua “JJ” Francis Jr, as well as, her youngest brothers children, Jaiden Francis-Corrado, Emersyn “Emmy” Francis, and Tristen “TJ” Francis. 

She was also the daughter-in-law of Manuel and Laura Quadros as well as sister-in-law of Sarah (Quadros) Carreira and her husband Christopher Carreira. She also leaves behind her nephew Camden Carreira and niece and goddaughter Olivia Carreira. 

Naomi enjoyed spending time with family and loved ones, reading, trips to Disney, Cape Cod, and her parents land in Maine, and trying to make whatever numbers she came across add up to the family’s lucky number 13. She will be remembered as a loving, caring, and selfless woman, always ready to help others before she helped herself. She will live on through the memories she has made with those around her as well as in the family she leaves behind. To know her, is to love her.
