Kevin Paul Drysdale

Kevin Paul Drysdale, 26, of Riverside died unexpectedly on Wednesday, October 19th, 2022. He was born on July 16th, 1996 in Providence, Rhode Island. Kevin grew up in the town of Riverside, RI and graduated from East Providence High School in 2014. He was a true East Providence Townie. Kevin loved his family, spending time with his friends, his leopard gecko Pat and his cat Rachael.

Kevin spent his summers working at the Charles I.D. Looff Crescent Park Carousel and as a gymnastics instructor at Renaissance Gymnastics Academy and Prestige Fitness and Gymnastics. He was an apprentice for the last four years at Local 669 Union of Sprinkler Fitters Fire Protection, employed by Arden Engineering.

Kevin had many hobbies, including ice skating, skiing, camping, fishing, sailing, and dancing. He was a strong gymnast, avid craftsman, and enjoyed racing in spectator races at the Seekonk Speedway. Above anything else, Kevin loved his cars. He was sensitive, quick-witted, sentimental, and always willing to lend a helping hand.

Kevin is survived by his mother, Maria A. Drysdale, father, Robert P. Drysdale, stepmother, Karlene D. Drysdale, sister, Diane M. Drysdale, and stepbrother, Tyler J. Johnson.

Calling hours will be held at Smith-Mason Funeral Home at 398 Willet Avenue, Riverside RI 02915 on November 2, 2022 from 3:00pm to 7:00pm.

Services in celebration of Kevin’s life will be held on Thursday November 3, 2022 at Abundant Life Assembly of God at 10:00 AM..

In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted to the Charles I.D. Looff Crescent Park Carousel, Riverside RI.
