McCool Gemma, Karen J. (Crevier), 54, passed away on Friday October 14, 2016. She was the daughter of the late Norman and Ruth Crevier (Green).

She leaves three children, Jillian McCool of Riverside, RI., Matthew McCool of Johnston, RI., and Mitchell Gemma of Cranston, RI., along with Jillian's close boyfriend Robert Ventura of Riverside, RI.

Karen also leaves four siblings, a twin sister Kathy Horton of Rehoboth, MA., Lori Threlfall of Narragansett, RI., Lynn Larned of South Kingston, RI., and Glen Crevier of Minneapolis, MN. She was also a loving aunt for several nieces and nephews.

Karen worked in property managemnt for many years, and enjoyed relaxing at the beach, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends. She will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered.

Visiting hours will be on Wednesday October 19th 2016 at the Smith-Mason Funeral Home 398 Willet Avenue Riverside, RI. 02915 from 4-7 PM. There will be a Memorial Mass on October 20, 2016 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church 984 Taunton Ave, Seekonk, MA. 02771 at 10:00 AM. In lieu of flowers donations to the Gloria Gemma Breast Cancer Resource Foundation 249 Roosevelt Avenue Pawtucket, RI. 02860 in Karen’s memory would be greatly appreciated.
