Samways, Barbara A. (Jenkins), 86 of Riverside died Thursday at the Miriam Hospital. She was the wife of the late William Samways. She was born in Wolliston, MA the daughter of the late Howard and Jessie (Hartney) Jenkins. Barbara was a Dental Hygienist until retiring. She had been active in the Girl Scouts. She leaves a daughter, Susan Dion of Willimantic, CT and three grandchildren. The funeral will be held on Wednesday at 9 AM from the Smith-Mason Funeral Home 398 Willett Avenue Riverside with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Brendan’s Church Turner Avenue Riverside at 10 AM. Calling hours are Tuesday 4 to 7 PM.
