Alan V. Dupont, 58, originally of Riverside, passed away on November 24, 2018 in St. Petersburg, FL. He was a son of the late Paul and Mildred (Mello) Dupont. He is survived by one brother, Paul Dupont Jr. of Riverside.Alan worked in construction and interior design. He was a 1979 graduate of East Providence High School. Alan had a passion for collecting, buying and selling antiques.

A Funeral service will be held on Tuesday August 6, 2019 AT 10:00 am in the Smith-Mason Funeral Home, 398 Willett Avenue, Riverside, RI 02915. Calling hours will be held Monday August 5, 2019 from 5:00-7:00 PM in the Smith-Mason Funeral Home. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to American Lung Association of Rhode Island, 260 West Exchange St. Suite 102 B, Providence, RI 02903 .
